What You Will Do
• Lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Support estimating and negotiated pursuits
• Coordinate directly with superintendents, owners, and trade partners
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and junior staff
• Step in where needed in a growing, lean operation
• Help shape project execution, team development, and future growth
Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years project management experience in a GC environment
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Comfortable supporting estimating and pursuit efforts
• Desire to mentor and lead junior staff
• Strong communicator with sound judgment and accountability
