Senior Project Manager
Job Description
Senior Project Manager's Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Responsible for project administration and for providing overall project leadership to the Project Team (Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer and other jobsite staff) in the execution of their duties.
- Responsible for one or more projects.
- Anticipate and manage project-related issues.
- Involve senior management to assist in resolving project-related issues as necessary.
- Market Company capabilities to potential customers and perform other business development activities as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year engineering or business degree or equivalent-related experience, plus extensive (15+ years) experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager on large, complex, or specialized projects.
- Managerial competency, excellent communication skills, refined business judgment.
- Exceptional understanding of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost projection procedures and cost control techniques.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION
- In the $160,000 - $230,000 range, DOE. Eligible for discretionary bonus.
