Our client specializes in custom architectural fabrication and are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the execution of cutting-edge designs, working closely with architects, designers, and fabrication teams to bring visionary projects to life. Taking on ambitious and technically challenging projects, their expertise combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced digital fabrication techniques to deliver exceptional results for high-profile clients in architecture, design, and construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee architectural fabrication projects from planning through installation.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality control.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align design, engineering, and production schedules.
  • Review contracts, manage project documentation, and handle administrative responsibilities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, setting clear expectations and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Source materials, equipment, and services to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in project execution and documentation.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience in architectural fabrication, construction, or a related industry.
  • Hands-on knowledge of materials such as metal, wood, acrylic, and solid surfaces (e.g., Corian).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills.
  • A background in architecture, engineering, or construction, with expertise in building systems and fabrication processes.
  • Experience managing complex projects and working with internal manufacturing teams.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
