ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

The Senior Project Manager, ERP will be responsible for leading and managing an ERP project within a large program initiative.

You Will:

Ø     Be adept at planning, directing and motivating a project team.

Ø     Play a pivotal role in influencing decision-makers and peers.

Ø     Liaise with multiple subject matter experts from both the business and IT sides

Ø     Have the commensurate people-skills, savvy and panache to navigate and manoeuvre across departments and colleagues, both vertically and horizontally, within the organization.

Requirements:

Ø     10+ years project management experience including ERP (i.e. SAP, Touchpoint) implementation expertise

Ø      Strong technology background including application and/or infrastructure

Ø       Wide understanding of financial services, a retail banking background is highly preferred.

Ø       Solid application development/ delivery experience

Ø       High-level conceptual thinking and a solid understanding of business models, especially functional or process models

Ø       Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, especially with senior management

Ø       Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks assigned

Ø       Experience following standard PM structured methodologies and frameworks, PM certifications (i.e. PMP, etc) are preferred.

Ø       Ability to speak French is a strong asset
