Title: Senior Project Manager - Residential Land Development

Responsibilities: 

  • This position is responsible for the overall supervision of residential land development projects for conformity to contractual agreements made with clients within budget and on schedule.
  • Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders
  • Give back to our community by actively participating in professional associations and civic organizations 
Requirements: 
  • Texas P.E. License (Civil)
  • 8 years of experience in managing substantial projects from conception to completion for residential land development
