The Role
Our client is hiring a Senior Estimator to play a foundational role in their continued growth. This individual will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates across commercial door and hardware projects while helping establish consistent estimating processes as volume increases.
This role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying material and labor requirements, resolving discrepancies early, and partnering closely with sales and operations to ensure clean handoffs. The right candidate brings strong Division 8 knowledge, confidence in their numbers, and the ability to operate independently in a fast moving environment. This is a high visibility role with the opportunity to shape how estimating functions as the organization scales.

Benefits and Compensation
- Base Salary: $110,000 base, depending on experience and market alignment
- Bonus: Eligible for performance based incentives
