Title: Senior Project Manager - Land & Site Development

Employer Size: 1,000 - 2,000 Employees

Client Types: Private Developers of residential land and commercial site properties

Responsibilities:

  • Manage land and site development projects and project teams, including other Engineers and CAD Designers
  • Mentor and lead project engineers and technical professionals to develop their capabilities and to achieve project objectives
  • Apply technical expertise and project management experience to manage project teams on conventional and unconventional projects.

Requirements:

  • Registered Civil P.E. (Florida)
  • Experience in producing, managing, and developing projects for private developer clients in the Tampa Bay area.
