Title: Senior Project Manager - Land & Site Development

Responsibilities:

• Develop new land and site development engineering business opportunities by leveraging the company's and your own networks, and by prospecting, and building relationships
• Mentor and lead project engineers and technical professionals to develop their capabilities and to achieve project objectives
• Apply technical expertise and project management experience to manage project teams on conventional and unconventional projects.

Requirements:

• Registered Civil P.E. (Arizona)
• Experience in producing, managing, and developing projects for private developer clients in the Greater Phoenix market.
