Title: Senior Project Manager - Land & Site Development

Client Types: Private Developers of residential land and commercial site properties

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor land and site development engineering project teams to develop their capabilities and to achieve project objectives
• Develop and nurture client relationships from an existing book and backlog of established work; and from your own network
• Apply technical expertise and project management experience to manage project teams on conventional and unconventional projects.

Requirements:

• Registered Civil Professional Engineer (P.E.) license from the Georgia Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors Board.
• Experience in producing, managing, and developing projects for private developer clients in the Greater Atlanta market.
