High-Rise Purpose-Built Condominium GTA North West

Harbinger Network is partnering with a well-established GTA developer to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a landmark high-rise purpose-built condominium project in the GTA’s north-west corridor. The development consists of four residential towers, a three-level underground garage, and a three-level podium, delivered through a multi-build construction strategy.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering a complex high-rise project from early works through occupancy. You will work closely with ownership, consultants, and internal construction leadership while maintaining tight control over schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale, multi-tower high-rise condominium project
• Manage consultants, architects, engineers, and major trade partners
• Oversee RFIs, POs, COs, and contract administration
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost reporting throughout the build
• Drive schedule adherence across multiple concurrent work fronts
• Ensure safety, quality, and site standards are consistently upheld
• Operate with minimal supervision while supporting senior leadership as needed

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager on mid- or high-rise projects
• High-rise condominium experience is mandatory
• Proven experience delivering multiple projects or phased builds
• At least two full-cycle projects completed from excavation through close-out
• Strong collaborator with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and cost controls
• PMP and/or Gold Seal certification considered an asset
• Formal post-secondary education is a strong asset
• A detailed project list must be included to be considered
