Responsibilities
- Lead and manage heavy highway and civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project scheduling and coordination, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Review contracts and blueprints, providing insights for effective project execution and problem resolution.

Background Profile
· Exposure to large ground-up projects and being the lead Project Manager/Senior Project Manager.
· Strong leadership skills and interest in mentoring.
· Degree in Civil Construction, Construction Management or similar degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
