They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager, ERP Financial Application, to play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives related to our Financial Applications
As Senior Project Manager, ERP Financial Applications, you will direct, plan, organize and oversee all aspects and activities related to one or more projects at one time. You will be responsible for supervising, coaching and directing work of multiple direct reports, including technical and functional resources assigned to projects. You will develop, maintain, and monitor the progress of project plans and budgets to ensure they are proceeding per timelines and targets while driving delivery of activities being performed and obtain input from project team members to provide regular reports on status to management. You will ensure adherence to the company's project management methodology while proactively recommending and identifying areas for improvement in that methodology. You will proactively communicate and collaborate with decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to analyze information needs and requirements and maintain project data and repository of artifacts from stakeholders, project team, dependent programs to ensure complete and accurate project artifacts.
The Ideal Candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a project management role with financial applications. The candidate will have experience with ERP systems (IFS, D365) and financial consolidation applications (Cognos Controller, One Stream) with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. They will have experience in application integration and methodologies, business process design, process re-engineering and continuous improvement, with practical experience with internal control procedures and audit requirements concerning data access. The candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to provide direction and coaching to team members with excellent verbal and written communication skills and interact professionally and effectively with executives, managers, and subject matter experts. The successful candidate will display strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner.
