About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout. You will serve as a key leader responsible for project performance, client relationships, team development, financial oversight, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution from preconstruction through project closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders.
  • Drive project schedules, milestones, and operational performance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Partner with Safety leadership to maintain and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Coordinate staffing, subcontractors, equipment, and field operations.
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers and project team members.
  • Collaborate with Estimating, Accounting, and Operations teams to support overall project success.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing self-perform structural concrete projects preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Proven success managing complex construction projects and client relationships.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
