We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager in Civil Engineering, specialized in land development, to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant projects from conceptual design to completion, emphasizing sustainability and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience, possessing a blend of technical proficiency, client management skills, and a demonstrated capacity for leading and expanding business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct the planning, design, and implementation of multifaceted land development projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Liaise with municipalities, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with all regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and enhancing client relations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and oversee detailed site development tasks including grading, drainage, roadway design, and utility placement.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant local, state, federal, and international codes, integrating safety into every phase of projects.
• Use advanced engineering software tools such as Civil 3D and GIS to design and simulate precise engineering solutions.
• Implement innovative technology solutions and best practices into project workflows, staying ahead in the industry.
• Engage in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE license is required.
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a specific focus on land development projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading engineering teams.
• Demonstrable expertise in civil engineering principles, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Strong skills in client relationship management and communication.
• Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client presentations.
• Proficiency with engineering software such as Civil 3D, GIS, and other relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications relevant to land development and project management.
• Prior experience in sustainable development projects.
• Strong network within the civil engineering community in Texas and beyond.
• Experience in handling complex regulatory and compliance issues.
