TASKS

The Contractor must perform tasks as-and-when requested that include:

  • Provide support and advise to CSA’s Financial systems team;
  • Be available to respond by email, MS Team or phone to the inquiries of CSA’s Financial Systems Team within 2 (two) working days; any scheduled absence potentially affecting this response time will have to be communicated 5 working days in advance to the CSA team leader;
  • Evaluate change requests and provide level of effort estimates for ABAP programming related to these requests;
  • Create programs (user exits, SAP Scripts, reports) as required;
  • Modify programs (user exits, SAP Scripts, reports) as required;
  • Provide support for the functionalities delivered by DCP-ECC;
  • Debug new and existing programs as required;
  • Identify and fix up errors in SAP transports;
  • Identify, analyze and et apply Online Service System (OSS) notes as required;
  • Develop and update technical and functional documentation;
  • Provide programming services necessary if CSA migrates to Enhancement Pack 8 (EHP8)- ECC6; and
  • Perform the tests required to ensure the quality of the developed solutions and/or programs created/modified within this mandate.

MT1

The Bidder’s proposed resource MUST have at least one (1) year of programing experience in each of the following SAP modules: CO, FI, FM (BCS), and MM.

The Bidder MUST describe the programming experience that the proposed resource has obtained in the above modules by indicating, for each experience:

i. The name of the client organization;

ii. The start and end dates (MM-YYYY) of the proposed resource’s involvement on the project; and

iii. A description of the general tasks performed by the proposed resource in each SAP module.

MT2

The Bidder’s proposed resource MUST be certified in SAP ABAP.

A copy of the certificate MUST be submitted with the technical bid by bid closure.

Please provide a copy of your relevant certifications – note: it is mandatory that this be included in the bid submission

MT3

The Bidder MUST demonstrate that its proposed resource has experience with SAP enhancement pack (EHP) 6, 7, or 8 in at least one (1) project where the proposed resource created or changed one or more customized functions for the client organization that was implemented in SAP EHP 6, 7, or 8. The proposed resource must have done customized programming, not only troubleshooting.

The Bidder MUST describe the programming experience that the proposed resource has obtained in the above modules by providing the:

i. Name of the client organization;

ii. Start and end date of the proposed resource’s involvement on the project; and

iii. Description of the general tasks performed by the proposed resource (including the version of SAP EHP, the function that was customized, and whether or not it was implemented).

MT4

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have completed at least one (1) project in ABAP programing to develop/create and test new customized programs, database definitions, and interfaces in the context of SAP for Government of Canada organizations (including departments, agencies, Crown Corporations, and Agents of Parliament).

The Bidder MUST provide details of each project including the:

i. Name of the client organization;

ii. Start and end date of the proposed resource’s involvement on the project; and

iii. Description of the general tasks performed by the proposed resource (including the type of customized program(s), database definition(s), and interface(s).
