Lead the strategy and development of:

On-Demand Courses: Evergreen content on trading, stock markets, and investment strategies.

Trader Community Platform: High-engagement hub featuring live trading sessions, market analysis, and ongoing education.

Premium Membership: High-ticket program offering mentorship and personalized coaching.

Personal Finance Program: A product focused on mindset and financial literacy, aimed at life transformation.
You’ll be responsible for:

Translating strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps.

Managing execution rigorously across launches, iterations, and updates.

Measuring product success through KPIs tied to educational impact and retention.
✅ Who We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in EdTech or FinTech.

Deep knowledge of Trading, Financial Markets, and Personal Finance.

Strong background in product strategy, cross-functional leadership, and project delivery.

Location: Puerto Rico (on-site presence required).

Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 USD per year.
