    DATA, REPORTING & ANALYTICS PRODUCT TEAM – DIGITAL BUSINESS OPERATION

    Department
    The Digital Business Operations (DBO) department is a group of subject matter experts with technology and specialized business process skills supporting both our internal as well as external clients in technology use, business process improvement and training. The department has several product teams of which the Global Data Reporting & Analytics Product Team is looking for a Senior Manager Data Integration based in the US.

    Daily responsibilities:

    Projects – Manages and contributes in a complex, international and multi-client environment supporting the end-to-end process to implement various onboardings, data solutions and improvements.
    Stakeholder Management - Interacts with clients, vendors, external service providers and internal stakeholders and acts as a liaison between business and technology areas.
    Business Development – Supports the Business Development team by creating and delivering (potential) client presentations and provides input for proposals, RFP’s and ad-hoc requests.
    Business requirements analysis - Analyzes business/client needs and documents business rules/functional requirements to support system and/or process enhancements with minimal guidance.
    Business Support - Provides support on the various data services delivered using our platforms. Record, analyze and resolve functional incidents, as well as come up with and/or advise on solutions and changes based on a variety of factors, situations and data.
    Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end user training and demonstrations.

    Job requirements:

    Looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate that meets the following profile:
  • Graduated from higher vocational training or an academic degree in IT, Process engineering and/or Finance;
  • Minimum of 5-7 years relevant work experience is required, preferably in a similar position at a (international) financial organization;
  • Data driven and strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and working experience with databases, SQL and data is required.
  • Understanding and capability of data extraction, transformation and processing is required
  • Experienced with Agile framework including documenting requirements/features/user stories.
  • Knowledge and/or working experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
  • Real Estate and/or investment management background is preferred.
  • Pragmatic, methodical and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Accurate and attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Language skills: Business English is mandatory, other languages are beneficial
  • Flexible working hours and ability to work remotely as part of an international team. As a global organization we are responsible to facilitate projects and meetings in all regions (America’s, APAC & EMEA).
