About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with Personal Lines experience to support a range of business-critical analysis and product efforts. This role offers a tremendous opportunity for impact, visibility, skills growth, and true contribution.

Responsibilities

• You will support state managers who are driving the profit and loss for their portfolio and region.
• You will deliver analyses that help drive strategic objectives, competitive pricing, and product changes, and improve distribution and market visibility.
• You will be a thought leader in the team, exercising both suggesting courses of action and ensuring that strategic goals are being met.
• You will be a Subject Matter Expert for your portfolio.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or a related.
• 5 years of professional experience and at least 3 years of proven experience in Personal Lines Property Casualty Product Analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong skills in strategy development, rate filing, and pricing model updates.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree, and/or CPCU, AINS, or other industry certifications helpful.
