Senior People Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Experience Manager for our global manufacturing client to lead HR operations across multiple sites in North America. This role will oversee site Human Resource Managers, support employee relations, partner with line managers, and ensure consistent delivery of HR services and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HR Managers across assigned locations

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
• Coach HR managers on employee management and HR practices
• Manage employee relations issues and union matters, including contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulatory standards
• Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support HR digital tools and enablement including Workday and ADP Global View

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience in HR operations or business partnering

• Strong union and labor negotiations experience required
• Experience managing multi-site HR teams
• Knowledge of employment law in multi-location environments
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Workday and ADP Global View preferred
