Salary: Dependent on Experience per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the firm's portfolio by leveraging your existing client relationships to enhance our presence in various practice areas.
- Collaborate across teams to foster a unified approach, ensuring legal strategies align with both client and firm objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior partners and associates, enhancing their professional growth within the firm.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for the firm's expansion and client acquisition.
- Participate in key decision-making processes as part of the firm's leadership, contributing to the strategic planning and operational practices.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 8 years of substantial experience in any practice area of law.
- Proven track record of managing a sizable portfolio of business and developing client relations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leadership roles within a law firm.
- Outstanding performance in client retention and satisfaction.
- Expertise in one or more specialties relevant to the firm's practice areas.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in legal research.
