Salary: Dependent on Experience per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strengthen the firm's portfolio by leveraging your existing client relationships to enhance our presence in various practice areas.
• Collaborate across teams to foster a unified approach, ensuring legal strategies align with both client and firm objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior partners and associates, enhancing their professional growth within the firm.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for the firm's expansion and client acquisition.
• Participate in key decision-making processes as part of the firm's leadership, contributing to the strategic planning and operational practices.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 8 years of substantial experience in any practice area of law.
• Proven track record of managing a sizable portfolio of business and developing client relations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Experience in leadership roles within a law firm.
• Outstanding performance in client retention and satisfaction.
• Expertise in one or more specialties relevant to the firm's practice areas.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in legal research.
