Senior Marketing Manager Manhattan, NY

We’re seeking a seasoned marketing leader to shape strategy and drive engagement across three locations serving a single key enterprise client. You’ll own the entire customer lifecycle, from boardroom presentations to breakroom experiences, delivering data-led, scalable, and operationally sound marketing programs that enhance brand, sales, and satisfaction.

What You’ll Lead:

• Develop and manage a multi-location marketing roadmap—balancing long-term planning with agile, real-time execution

• Craft merchandising concepts and campaign storytelling in close collaboration with Culinary, Operations, and Finance teams

• Elevate the guest experience through customized, localized marketing across a wide range of touchpoints

• Manage and mentor a direct report while guiding cross-functional collaboration

• Monitor and analyze program performance, delivering key insights and reporting to senior stakeholders

• Adapt and optimize campaigns based on data, customer feedback, and evolving business goals

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally within hospitality, foodservice, or a similarly complex, multi-site environment

• Deep knowledge of customer experience strategy, merchandising, and campaign execution

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders around a shared vision

• Exceptional communicator with strong analytical, planning, and presentation skills

• 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing talent

• Based in NYC and comfortable with travel to other local markets, as this is a national account

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $110,000–$120,000, depending on experience
