About Our Client

Our client, an international creative agency, is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Paid Search to join their team. The Senior Manager, Paid Search will execute Search Campaigns and will have a strong hand in the strategic approach for search campaigns.


The Senior Manager, Paid Search will perform a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Manage and execute the Paid Search campaigns on assigned accounts
  • Manage and develop client relationships across assigned accounts
  • Set and manage client and stakeholder expectations
  • Provide the Search Engine Marketing team with insights and the ability to analyze, draw and develop recommendations
  • Develop a Paid Search strategy, testing methodology and roadmap to execute successful Paid Search campaigns for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with media strategy and planning teams to advise, create and manage paid media, high level Paid Search campaigns and integrated digital strategies
  • Establishi/refine processes for creating, implementing, tracking, analyzing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns in Google, Bing, Amazon and other search engines
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying strategic opportunities, and optimization opportunities to achieve or exceed KPIs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in – Paid Search, SEO, social media, SEM, PPC, analytics, online marketing, E-commerce and online consumer behavior
  • Manage vendor relationships and identify new opportunities for clients both internally and externally
  • Coach, mentor and lead training and cross-learning sessions with junior team members


The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • 3+ years of experience with Paid Search and Search Engine Marketing
  • Experience with direct response campaigns (CPA, ROI, ROAS) considered an asset
  • Expereince with Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360 (SearchAds360)
  • Hands on experience managing online campaigns across a variety of vendors (i.e. Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other analytics platforms
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Advanced in keyword analysis, campaign structure, SEM strategy, and writing of ad copy
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Confidence in client facing meeting
  • Ability to train and manage individuals at multiple levels
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
