My client is a high-growth Healthcare organization delivering expert consultative and therapeutic services to meet the developmental needs of its patients. They are in SE North Carolina and seek a leader in Human Resources Management for their locations. Essential Duties:

  • Manage Human Resources operations including heavy recruiting, on-boarding, training, planning, counseling, monitoring and maintaining compensation competitiveness
  • Provide strategic operational strategies for growth including financial risk assessments, analytical data analyses, compliance gap analyses and forecasting based on trends and impact of variances,
  • Manage employee relations, establish departmental accountabilities and offer direction aligning with organizational goals
  • Prioritize special projects, communications, contracts and evaluate course of action for shifts in direction
  • Be a change agent for customer-service, vendor and affiliate strategy implementation
  • Manage talent acquisition, benefits, records, contracts, health & safety as well as labor relations per AA/EEO compliance

Applicants Must Have:

  • Master’s Degree or Higher (2 years of experience post-MS degree)
  • HR Certification
  • 10 years of HR experience including 5 years in management for a Therapeutic Healthcare organization serving patients with special needs
  • Experience hiring Medical Doctors and ABA Health Professionals
  • Experience managing multiple sites (200 to 300 staff members)
  • Expertise in strategic leadership to consistently add value to the organization, including managing contracts, direct reports, employee relations and retention
  • Experience with regulatory compliance at the federal, state and local levels
  • Proactive approach to maintaining the organization’s high ranking, network and impact in the community
