Senior Litigation Attorney

A small law firm is seeking a senior attorney with at least 10 years of experience in commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and potentially bankruptcy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment, working with a diverse clientele ranging from small to mid-sized companies to large international firms.
Position Details:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial litigation, labor and employment law; bankruptcy experience is advantageous.
- Compensation: Annual salary between $190,000 and $220,000, plus a sign-on bonus.
- Origination Credits: 15% for new client acquisitions.
- Trial Experience: The firm conducted four trials last year.
- Clientele: Includes international companies; billing rates may reach up to $500 per hour.
- Work Environment: Team-oriented, small firm setting.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid model available after an initial 90-day in-office period.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial litigation and labor/employment cases.
- Experience in bankruptcy law is a plus.
- Strong trial experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, small firm environment.
- Demonstrated capability to handle a diverse client base, including international companies.
