Senior JD Edwards CNC Administrator

We have an immediate opening for a forward-thinking Senior JD Edwards CNC Administrator in our North Alabama Headquarters. The ideal candidate will meet the qualifications below. They will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment developing solutions and maintaining optimal efficiency of all systems

Job Duties:

• Reports to the Director of Information Technology
• Perform day-to-day support, administration and problem resolution of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• Responsible for the daily maintenance, patch updates and testing
• Perform server and client package build and deployments
• Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates and Service Pack upgrades
• JDE Administration of security, print, batch queues, performance tuning and monitoring via Server Manager
• Monitor and manage application system performance and availability
• Keep current and up-to-date with application architecture, ESU and service pack releases, functionality, and other CNC components.
• Proactive performance tuning & risk mitigation
• Recommend new best practices
• Provide courteous, complete and timely support for end users
• Train and develop Junior CNC Administrator staff
• Work well within a team environment and alongside external partners
• Create standard operating procedures for routine tasks
• Plan, prioritize and execute JD Edwards CNC tasks during scheduled maintenance weekends assigned responsibility to manage.
