Senior IT Project Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Senior IT Project Manager and lead critical IT and Infrastructure Enhancement projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals. This role demands a proactive leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration, and who can adeptly handle the challenges of managing extensive digital transformations, engaging with stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT and infrastructure projects from planning through to execution and closure, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and various business units, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
  • Coordinate with regional and global team leads across multiple time zones to manage project execution effectively.
  • Monitor project progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adapting management strategies as required to ensure success.
  • Create templates for projects and procedures to standardize project management practices across the organization.
  • Implement and oversee the adoption of project management tools and software, becoming a super user and knowledge source for the team.
  • Carry out all responsibilities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional assignments and duties as directed by management to support organizational goals.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, specifically in IT and digital project delivery.
  • Expertise in employing project management principles and tools, with the ability to work under various methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage complex information. Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for effective communication and collaboration across diverse groups.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Availability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMI or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working in a global, culturally diverse environment.
  • Proactive in adapting to changing environments, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
