Human Resources Manager / Senior Manager, North America

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

Position Overview

  • Lead & elevate the HR function for a rapidly growing North American operation
  • Lead the HR set up & service in the new North & South American markets
  • Partner with executive & global HR leadership to build best-in-class HR systems, policies, and programs
  • Lead & develop an HR team of 3-4, supporting a population of over 200 EEs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting luxury retail
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities
  • Proven success as a business partner with executive and operational teams
  • Hands-on experience in payroll, compliance, recruitment, safety, ER, and performance management
  • HRIS implementation and change management experience is highly valued
  • Occasional travel for store openings, regional meetings, and global HR collaboration
