Senior Healthcare Account Executive

Join us in a pivotal role as a Senior Healthcare Account Executive where you will act as the primary link between families in need of care and the healthcare communities. In this role, you will utilize your sales expertise to foster relationships with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, ensuring a smooth transition for families seeking senior care options. Salary: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate urgent care placements for families transitioning from hospitals or nursing facilities into appropriate senior living communities or in-home care settings.
  • Achieve monthly targets by generating daily qualified patient referrals from various accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Strategically grow your book of accounts, enhancing referral volumes and broadening our reach within your designated area.
  • Engage and expand your network through innovative tactics such as cold calling, networking events, and compelling service presentations.
  • Educate and guide families through their care options, connecting them with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to find optimal living solutions.
  • Collaborate with your Healthcare Senior Living Advisors team to meet family placement quotas, ensuring smooth transitions into chosen care facilities.
  • Experiment with and pilot new initiatives in your territory aimed at refining account management techniques and enhancing overall performance.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a strong educational background.
  • At least three years of proven outside sales experience.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas in a targeted, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering presentations and effectively handling objections.
  • Possess a proactive, agile approach to change, ready to test and implement new strategies.
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally, dedicating time to nurture relationships and develop contacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extended experience in healthcare or hospital sales highly favored.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
