REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 5+ yrs min in Human Resource exp
- Human Resources cert +
- Experience with most of the following:
- ER - dealing with disciplinary matters, investigations, progressive discipline, comfort with terminations, advising leadership in these matters
- Multi-state
- Investigations
- Compliance -understanding the laws and having applied them to various scenarios.
- EE relations - Equal Employment Opportunity

- Handbook Creation and/or updating

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outstanding communication with customers
- Team Player Mindset
- Provide guidance and service, focusing on liability management including performance measurement review, referrals to internal EEO Compliance Specialists, employee counseling, policy development and administration, terminations, and securing internal legal input as required
- Implements programs to enhance productivity and reduce liability through improved communications and HR practices. Including handbooks, JDs, performance appraisal systems, employee counseling, compensation plans, hiring processes, terminations, and programs
- Hiring/terminated employees who will be or are involved in a reduction in force/layoff to determine non-discrimination in layoff decisions.
- Schedules, coordinates, and provides worksite employees/supervisors with liability training
- Present formal presentations
- Implement HR knowledge
