Join Andrews & Cole Consulting! Each assignment lasts 6-36 months. You’ll work on one client at a time, minimizing the pressure of juggling multiple clients, bosses, and teams. Typical hours are 40/week, with max year-end/quarter-end hours of 50/week. Engagements include FP&A, financial reporting, technical accounting, revenue accounting, acquisition integration and M&A support. Compensation includes above market salary + utilization bonus + employee referral and business referral bonuses. Full benefits (including 401k and profit sharing).

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-6 years of public accounting experience.
  • CPA a plus.
  • Able to be both hands on and operate at a high level with minimal direction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to exceed client expectations.
  • Engagement may be remote, onsite or hybrid.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Excellent compensation in line with experience. Compensation ranges from $90,000-$150,000 base + utilization bonus + employer referral and business referral bonuses.
