Our client is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and advanced financial modeling. This hybrid position is based in Westerville, Ohio, and plays a key role in driving business performance across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyze financial performance for assigned departments.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis, KPI monitoring, and business reviews.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Partner with operations, sales, and corporate teams on financial analysis and decision support.
• Assist with capital project analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning.
• Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data quality.
• Provide support for month‑end close activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 3+ of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive, Hyperion, Power BI, Anaplan).
• Ability to interpret financial statements and analyze key performance indicators.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
