Senior Financial Analyst Remote or Hybrid

About the Role:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to deliver forward-looking insights, drive performance improvements, and ensure strong financial health across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, reports, and forecasts to support strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze financial results and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments and business units.

  • Provide data-driven insights and present financial analysis to senior management.

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation in reporting processes.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting tools.

  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or FP&A roles.

  • Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis.

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and working with large financial datasets.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional business teams with financial planning and insights.
