Senior Financial Analyst

Carolina PRG is partnering with a growing, multimillion-dollar manufacturer that is part of a billion-dollar global company to find a Senior Financial Analyst. This person will work closely with operations and finance leaders to explain performance, improve forecasts, and support decisions across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial analysis for the manufacturing operation.
• Analyze revenue, margins, production costs, inventory, and operational variances; explain key drivers to leadership.
• Partner with plant and commercial teams to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Build financial models for capital investments, pricing, and other business decisions.
• Develop reports and dashboards that give leaders clear, useful insight into financial and operational results.
• Support month-end close, management reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least four years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with an ERP system and reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and work effectively with leaders outside finance.
