We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly variance analysis to department and finance leadership
• Own key components of the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
• Partner with cross-functional business leaders to provide financial insight for strategic decisions
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages and presentations
• Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex data analysis
• Experience with financial reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a hybrid work environment
