About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting across the organization. This hybrid position in Cleveland offers high visibility, cross‑functional partnership, and the opportunity to shape decision‑making in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting; consolidate inputs and prepare presentations for leadership
  • Build and enhance financial models supporting revenue, margin, operating expenses, and cash flow
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages: KPIs, variance analysis, dashboards, and executive summaries
  • Support long‑range planning, scenario modeling, and business case analysis
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to interpret results
  • Assist with performance metrics, labor analysis, cost initiatives, and investment evaluations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, modeling, and analytics
  • Prepare ad‑hoc analyses for business leaders and executive team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and partner cross‑functionally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including data storytelling
