Title: Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst

Summary: A well-established, industry-leading manufacturing organization is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused FP&A professional to join its growing team. This role offers significant visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence operational and financial decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will combine strong financial planning and analysis skills with a proactive approach to partnering with business leaders, identifying drivers, and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial results, identify key trends, and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational improvements.
• Partner with operational and business leaders to provide financial guidance and performance analysis.
• Prepare management reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Assist with long-range planning and strategic financial analysis.
• Support ad hoc projects, reporting requests, and special analyses for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of corporate finance experience.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP, BI, and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
