Senior Financial Analyst

Our global client is searching for an innovative and tech savvy Senior Financial Analyst with excellent communications skills to partner with business teams across the company on analytics and reporting. This is a highly visible role with exposure to various business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the partnership with business teams across the company on analytics and reporting opportunities.
• Design financial analysis and tools into insights for all stakeholders including non-finance audiences.
• Provide in-depth analysis and tracking metrics and KPIs for key stakeholders across the company including development of new metrics and visualizations.
• Analyze complex business needs and initiatives to identify opportunities, impact of process changes, and propose solutions.
• Assists in the development of operational scorecard enhancements and ensures data integrity
• Transform and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources for decision support recommendations.
• Design financial analysis and tools into insights for all stakeholders including non-finance audiences.
• Forge relationships and partners/collaborates with IT, Operations, and Sales to maintain service level expectations.
• Support the development of all Business Services and promote exceptional customer service, teamwork, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Finance or Business preferred.
• 5+ years in a Finance-related role focused on the servicing/partnering with Internal customers.
• Demonstrated advanced capability with Microsoft Excel
• Quantitative analysis skills (modeling/forecasting and statistics)
• Hands-on experience in Power BI and/or Tableau or other business visualization tools
• Advanced level of statistical and analytical based thinking
• Ability to consolidate complex data / information into concise communication points
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, and able to work on time sensitive projects
  without daily supervision
