Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial

Serve as the Finance Lead for BU's or cost areas, responsible for all accounting, finance, analysis, reporting and operational interface. This position reports to the Director of Finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide business unit leaders with business planning and analytical support.
• Complete the month-end close process for specific BU or cost centers.
• Complete the quarterly budgeting and forecasting process.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and provide support for SOX testing and the annual audit process.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects supporting the Senior Director of Finance and CFO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4 years of corporate finance and/or public auditing experience.
• BA/BS in business/accounting/finance or other applicable business discipline.
• CPA with public accounting experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX 404 compliance and internal controls.
• Expert proficiency with excel.
• Life Sciences a plus.
