Senior Financial Analyst 
Location: Manchester, NH (hybrid after 90 days)
Compensation: up to $100k salary, depending on experience

We’re seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and operational performance across a growing organization. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, drive forecasting accuracy, and improve financial visibility across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends and key business drivers
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting
• Partner with teams across operations, sales, procurement, and supply chain
• Improve reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
• Experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
