We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to work for our Central Ohio client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the VP of Finance with all aspects of reporting deliverables for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
• Lead the development of annual operating plans, strategic financial plans & quarterly forecasts
• Manage a high-performing team of managers and analysts
• Provide financial counsel and performance analysis
• Support decision-making and strategic planning activities, serving as a key resource to senior decision-makers in the business
• Identify financial issues and opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of corporate finance experience
• Strong business acumen
• Enjoy complex problem-solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis
• Strong oral and written communication skills
