About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-established baking company with deep roots in the industry and a strong customer base across retail, foodservice, and national accounts. This Senior FSQA Manager role is based at a large, high-volume plant and will play a key role in strengthening food safety and quality systems. This is a strong opportunity for a leader who can drive accountability, improve processes, and help standardize FSQA programs across the site.


What You’ll Do

- Lead the site’s food safety and quality programs, including compliance, audits, HACCP, sanitation, allergen control, and traceability.
- Manage and develop the QA team while partnering with plant leadership and cross-functional departments to improve execution and solve issues.
- Support efforts to modernize and standardize systems as the company continues to grow.


Who You Are

You’re a strong FSQA leader who knows how to build relationships, hold people accountable, and move programs forward. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and bring both technical knowledge and leadership presence.

Preferred Experience & Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
- 5–7 years of FSQA experience in food manufacturing, including 2+ years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, and GFSI programs such as SQF, BRC, or FSSC.
- Bakery experience preferred.
- Experience implementing programs and improving systems.
