We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to work for our client. This role is essential in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights that support executive decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build, update, and maintain financial models and detailed forecasts for strategic planning and M&A processes
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver weekly and monthly KPI analyses and actionable insights
• Collaborate with Accounting on the monthly reporting package, including variance analysis and commentary on actual vs. forecast results
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations for executives and the Board of Directors
• Enhance financial insights by monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses, metrics reporting, and special projects to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of FP&A experience
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
