Senior Executive Assistant

Compensation: $45,000 annually + Benefits
GRC Executive Leading Search Firm conducts this search on behalf of a leading organization in the Caribbean. We seek a highly skilled and professional Senior Executive Assistant to critically support the CEO and executive leadership team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in all duties and responsibilities, acting as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, appointments, and communications.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Organize and maintain office records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and summarize findings for decision-making.
- Provide support for special projects and events as assigned by the CEO.
- Foster relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to maintain smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in a similar executive support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
