Senior Estimator

Overview:

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Senior Estimator position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Seeking Estimator experience with Multi-family, Commercial, and K-12
• Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
• Must have experience with projects from $5 - $20 million in size
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience
• ProLog or Procore experience is a plus
• Ground up and renovation experience

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• A 4 years degree in Construction Management or related field
• Direct experience in preferred fields
• Previous experience estimating projects up to $40 million
• A desire to do things right the first time
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Understanding of shop drawing
• Ability to determine production rates, staffing, costs and risks
• Wood frame, ground up and renovations

Salary Range: $110-120K
