We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in residential remodeling. This position plays a key role in preparing precise, timely, and purchase-ready estimates that directly support both sales and production teams. You’ll be working closely with designers, project managers, and trade partners to ensure estimates are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with company goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep pricing databases up to date with the latest supplier and trade partner information.

  • Partner with sales and design teams to confirm scope and avoid budget gaps.

  • Review estimates with subcontractors and vendors for accuracy before submission.

  • Identify potential risks or missing scope early in the process.

  • Support purchasing by ordering specialty items for approved projects.

  • Maintain organized records and ensure estimates meet margin targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of estimating experience in residential remodeling.

  • Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar estimating tools.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and materials.

  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.

  • Comfortable performing occasional site checks, including attics and crawl spaces.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary range: $95,000 – $108,000 (based on experience & performance level).

  • Quarterly bonus program (up to $12K/year).

  • Health insurance (with employee contribution for family coverage).

  • Retirement plan with company match (after one year).

  • Paid time off, holidays, and personal days.

  • Ongoing professional development support.

Core Culture Values:

  • Estimates are created with the same care as purchasing documents.

  • Mistakes are owned, fixed quickly, and turned into better processes.

  • Strive for excellence and continual improvement in every task.

  • Teamwork and accountability are essential—always hand off work well-prepared.

  • Plan and document at the highest level of detail.

  • Pride is found in doing the job right the first time.
