This is a key hire tied to long-term growth and succession planning within the estimating department.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead bid pursuits from start to finish
• Prepare detailed, competitive estimates
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Solicit and level subcontractor pricing
• Develop bid strategies and identify risk/opportunity
• Partner with operations and leadership during pursuits
• Play a direct role in winning work

What They’re Looking For

• 8+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor
• Strong background in commercial, warehouse, or industrial construction
• Ability to independently manage estimates
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of numbers
• Competitive mindset with a high level of accountability
