What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on expanding business within Tier 1 and Tier 2 utilities and service providers across the U.S.
- Drive sales of advanced communication technology solutions — including network infrastructure and connectivity platforms — to support customers' critical operational needs.
- Utilize market intelligence, customer insights, and prospecting strategies to uncover new business opportunities and close complex sales cycles.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers to drive customer loyalty and account expansion.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive management of pipeline, forecasting, and client engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal solution engineers, marketing teams, and leadership to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges.
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge, competitive awareness, and product expertise to effectively position solutions.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within the telecommunications, networking, or utility technology space.
- Proven success selling complex solutions into utilities, energy providers, or service provider markets.
- Exceptional consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure solutions such as networking equipment, private LTE, wireless backhaul, or related technologies.
- CRM proficiency and experience managing sales processes and reporting within a structured environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
