Senior Engineering Project Manager/Regional Leader
Washington DC (Individual can be based anywhere within 100 miles of DC)

Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT) is looking for an experienced aviation professional to serve as a senior project manager for major regional aviation clients such as MWAA and also function as the face of the company in the region. The CMT aviation team has strong roots and backlog in the area and has been serving the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority for over forty years. In this newly created position, the engineer will serve as a liaison to local area clients (including MWAA), hire and mentor engineering and office staff, develop and implement strategies for regional growth, and provide technical oversight for the civil design of local airfield projects. This professional will have a nationally established aviation team with extensive local experience and a deep bench of top caliber talent enhancing their efforts. CMT’s aviation practice is a well-established industry leader serving large and small commercial and military airports with a full range of engineering and planning services. This position will focus on providing traditional airfield services including new and replacement airfield pavements, grading and drainage, airfield lighting and signage / navigational aids. Local experience is not required, and relocation assistance will be provided. The individual can be based anywhere within 100 miles of Washington DC.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $230,000 base salary /year – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set, and location.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience
• BS in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Licensed professional engineer preferred
• Background in the civil design of airport projects
• Familiarity with commercial service airports
