Senior Director of Client Services

Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a defined client portfolio, focusing on revenue, profitability, CSAT, stability, and long-term retention.
  • Develop and adjust client growth plans while ensuring clients are fully satisfied and positioned for service expansion.
  • Provide strategic guidance to help clients think differently about their business, gain market share, and add new services.
  • Lead ongoing client communications, ensuring timely and effective performance calls, onsite meetings, and proactive updates on relevant company and industry matters.
  • Collaborate with operations and service lines to identify expansion opportunities, manage pricing, proposals, contracts, and address escalated issues in a matrix environment.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of each client’s operating environment and partner with operations to analyze trends, address gaps, and build improvement plans.
  • Ensure proper contract administration and timely resolution of billing issues.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Strong working knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle industry.
  • Ability to utilize internal tools for timely reporting of client activity and cross-sell expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field OR advanced formal training/certification within the field and commensurate experience.
  • A minimum of fifteen (15)+ years of experience, with at least five (5) years in a similar Client Partner role managing clients within the healthcare revenue industry.
  • Five (5)+ years of company experience that involves offering BPO offshoring services to a U.S.-based health system.
  • Travel required as needed, up to 15%.


Compensation $130k-$140k
