A growing marketing agency is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to lead multi-channel digital campaigns and drive measurable results for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for search, display, and social campaigns

• Manage budgets, bidding, testing, and optimization

• Analyze performance and guide conversion improvements

• Partner with clients and internal teams

• Support and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years digital marketing or media strategy experience

• Strong paid media and analytics background

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Tag Manager

• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and user experience

• Agency experience a plus
